Saturday Night Live comediennes Vanessa Bayer and Kate McKinnon will perform in Goldstein Auditorium on Oct. 16 as a part of a “Girls of SNL” event, with comedian Nick Vatterott opening the performance.

Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. and the show is scheduled to start at 8:00 p.m., according to a UU news release.

The event will be University Union’s first performing arts show of the semester. Tickets will go on sale at the Schine Student Center Box Office on Monday, Sept. 16 at 9:00 a.m. All Syracuse University and State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry students can purchase tickets there for $5, according to the release.

Bayer is known on SNL for her impressions of Miley Cyrus and “Fox and Friends” host Gretchen Carlson, while McKinnon has won praise for her impressions of Ann Romney, Ellen DeGeneres and Penelope Cruz. Vatterott is a producer, writer and performer for the Comedy Central show “Mash-Up,” according to the release.
